Our Offerings
Drop-in Classes
Find strength and grounding with our traditional Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes (30,60 or 90 minutes). Our classes are accessible to practitioners of all levels and are focused on conscious, slow movement as well as holding postures comfortably. No handstands, no hectic and confusing flows, no crazy and harmful stretching, no funky background music - just your breath, body, mind and soul.
Yoga Courses
Our courses provide you with a gradual introduction to the foundations of Hatha Yoga and its underlying philosophy. You will learn traditional meditation techniques, breathing exercises, our Vishoka Yoga Asana sequence and a modern interpretation of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. You’ll also get a course handbook and access to the on-demand classes to allow you to continue your practice after the course has ended.
On-demand Courses
Do you want to practice at your own pace and whenever it suits your schedule? Then our on-demand courses are the right choice for you. You’ll get full access to all the classes as well as the supporting course material, covering meditation techniques, breathing exercises, the Yoga Vishoka Asana practice and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. You can take as much time as you want to complete the course.
